Quick Shot Training has been in existence since 1996 when founder Eric Cooper completed his 11 year college and professional career.
The company enjoyed much success in developing youths ages 8 and up for several years before taking a group of QS trained kids to compete for the 2005 AAU National Championship. Coach Cooper and Coach Brandon Lee added to there undefeated season by winning the 2005 AAU National Champions of the 12u division in Virginia Beach, Virginia under the team name Rising Stars of America.
The success of the team has helped QuickShot president Eric Cooper to expand the organization and take on the responsibilities of developing young athletes around the globe by operating camps and clinics in South america, Europe, Asia and the USA. Quick Shot has youth travel teams in San Diego, Orange County, Ontario, Fontana-Rancho Cucamonga and Los Angeles.
Quick Shot specializes in Skill Development and High level fundamental basketball training. QS has also partnered with GenerationNX to help athletes develop high level core training with a emphasis on conditioning, flexibility, balance, quickness, jumping ability and speed.

Year Around Program:
Quick Shot helps your child all year long to stay sharp with their basketball skills or to just stay fit and in good condition. Classes continue before, during and after the basketball season has ended.
Coach Eric Cooper was a former collegiate player at the University of Arizona and Texas San Antonio, a professional player in various European countries and has coaches on all levels of basketball including professionally in the WNBA, ABA, Europe, Asia and South America.
As a AAU Coach, coach Cooper has won the coveted AAU national Championship in 2005 and several State championships. Coach Cooper is currently coaching on the High school level and his coaching record in 4 seasons is 97 wins, 20 losses and has won the 2008 , 2010 CIF Southern Section Championships and the 2010 California State Championship.
Quick Shot prices fall somewhere between $3 to $6 dollars per workout.
Quick Shot has consistent workouts in the Inland Empire area but will travel to any location in Southern California for private and small group workouts.

Hi, I’m Eric Cooper, president of Dream Builders Integrated (DBI). My wife Eileen and I founded DBI in 1996. Our vision is to develop and enhance the esteem of youth, young adults and individuals that have a desire to reach their maximum goals and dreams. Our professional staff are committed to reinforcing values, morals and traditions while developing the life learning skills of today’s youth.
DBI sponsors events each year for under-privileged youth and young adults, park and recreation centers, the YMCA, churches, professional and college athletes and other non-profit organizations.
Dream Builders is committed to aligning itself with professionals at various levels in their careers to contribute to all events. Through its programs DBI aims to help youth and young adults:
• Develop self-confidence and self-respect;
• Acquire life learning skills;
• Reinforce morals, values and traditions; and
• Appreciate a healthy mind and body.
Quickshot clinics are 1-1/2 hour training sessions comprised of 25 kids or less. Each clinic has 1 coach for every 8 kids. Clinics are held yearround 7 days a week in various locations. Participants pay a monthly fee and can attend Quickshot clinics held in any location on any day of the week.
Quickshot camps are week long 4 to 6 hour training that are usually held during holidays and summer months when when kids are out of school. Each ccamp has 1 coach for every 8 kids. Participants pay a fee for the camp and includes a camp t-shirt.
Quickshot Travelball are teams of all ages put together for the purpose of helping kids learn the competitive nature of high level basketball. Teams travel locally for the most part but will occasionally travel to national and international tournaments as well.
Quickshot basketball leagues are designed to give local kids in the community a chance to compete at a beginners level. QS leagues give young kids a chance to have fun while deciding if basketball is the sport that they love.
Quickshot Personal Training are usually 1 to 2 hour training sessions geared towards focusing on individual skill development. Sessions are 1 on 1, small group
Quickkshot has high level strength and conditioning coaches to help ypur athlete gain the natural strength , balance and quickness that he or shee needs to play at the highest level.
